1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Zokkoo website (“the Platform”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
• You must not use the Platform from a jurisdiction where adult content directories are prohibited.

3. What Zokkoo is

Zokkoo is an online directory only. We list profiles published by independent escorts and agencies. We are not a booking agent, intermediary or party to any arrangement made between a client and an escort. We have no control over and accept no liability for any service, meeting or transaction arranged through information found on our Platform.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post content involving, depicting or soliciting anyone under 18.
• Post content that is fraudulent, misleading or impersonates another person.
• Advertise trafficking, coercion or exploitation of any kind.
• Spam, scrape or harvest data from the Platform without our written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent moderation, verification or access controls.
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing or incites hatred.

Violation of these rules results in immediate removal of content and may result in permanent account suspension and referral to law enforcement.

5. Escort profiles and listings

5.1 Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information in your profile. You must ensure that all photos depict you (or people who have given explicit consent), that your stated age is accurate and that the services you advertise are legal in the jurisdiction where you operate.

5.2 Our right to moderate

We reserve the right to reject, edit or remove any listing at any time without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, complaints received or legal requirements.

5.3 Agency accounts

Agencies must obtain explicit, documented consent from every escort they list. On request, Zokkoo may ask for proof of consent. Agencies are responsible for ensuring their companions comply with these Terms.

6. Verification

Verification is optional but encouraged. A verified badge means we have completed a reasonable identity check using the documentation submitted. It does not constitute an endorsement of any service, nor a guarantee of safety. Always exercise your own judgment.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of photos and text you post. By posting, you grant Zokkoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute your content on the Platform solely for the purpose of operating the directory. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

The Zokkoo name, logo, design and all proprietary software are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce them without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any listing. Use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zokkoo and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any meeting, transaction or interaction arranged through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
