1. Who we are

Zokkoo (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the escort and adult companion directory at zokkoo.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or use our website, how we use it and what rights you have.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Browsing without an account

You can browse all public listings without creating an account. In this case we collect only:

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and analytics purposes.
A session cookie that stores your theme preference (light/dark). It contains no personal identifier.

2.2 Registered users

If you create an account we additionally collect:

First name, last name and email address (required).
Phone number (optional, only if provided by you on your profile).
Profile photos and videos that you upload.
Service descriptions, rates and availability that you publish.
Messages you send via the Contact or Report forms.

2.3 Claim requests

If you submit a claim request for an unclaimed profile, we collect the WhatsApp number and optional phone number and identity photo you provide, solely to verify the claim.

3. How we use your data

To operate and display your public profile on the directory.
To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset).
To investigate reports and enforce our Community Guidelines.
To improve the site through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

4. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies:

zk_theme — stores your light/dark preference. Expires after 365 days. No personal data.
zk_token — your authentication JWT. Required to stay signed in. Expires when you log out or after 30 days of inactivity.

We do not set advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Media storage

Photos and videos you upload are stored in a private cloud storage bucket. They are served publicly only as part of your published profile. If you delete a profile or request removal, the associated media is deleted within 30 days.

6. Data retention

Active account data is retained as long as your account exists.
Deleted account data is purged within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
Server logs are retained for 90 days for security purposes.
Claim-request evidence is retained for 12 months after a decision is made.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All connections are encrypted with TLS. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure — if you discover a vulnerability please report it to us immediately.

9. Children

Zokkoo is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by a banner on the site. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
